Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 1, 2026

SourceDrift Technologies ("SourceDrift", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit sourcedrift.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.

01Information we collect

We keep what we collect to a minimum. This site has no user accounts and no advertising.

  • Information you give us. If you send an inquiry, we receive your name, business email, company (optional), the topic you pick and your message.
  • Technical data. Like any website, our hosting may record standard request data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request.
  • Preferences stored on your device. A small amount of data kept in your browser, listed in our Cookie Policy.

02The contact form and the chat assistant

At present, sending the contact form opens your email app with a pre-filled message. Nothing reaches us until you send that email yourself. If we later connect the form to a form service, we will update this policy.

The SourceDrift assistant answers from the content of this site. Messages you type to it are used only to produce a reply in your browser and are not stored by us.

03How we use information

  • To reply to your inquiry and discuss work with you.
  • To keep the site secure, reliable and working as intended.
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

05Sharing and service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the site and our email, such as hosting and email services, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Links to other websites, including our social media profiles and our applications at apps.sourcedrift.com, are governed by their own privacy practices.

06How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation, then delete or anonymize them. Browser preferences stay on your device until you clear them or they expire.

07Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise these rights, write to inbox@sourcedrift.com. We may need to confirm your identity first.

09International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

10Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed (November 1, 2026).
